Theron Crawford Sr. has been in ministry for over 30 years, serving in various roles including youth pastor, college pastor, missionary, and senior pastor. He and his wife Brenda met in Bible college and have been married for 37 years. Together with their children Theron Jr. and Charissa, they founded CrossPoint Baptist Church. In 2014, the Lord called them to serve as missionaries in Nicaragua, where they helped plant churches and train leaders. After returning to the States in 2016, God led them to start CrossPoint in 2017, where they have seen many souls saved and families restored.

Pastor Theron Crawford Jr., known as Pastor T, serves as Co-Pastor of CrossPoint Baptist Church, overseeing the music program, youth ministries, and young adults ministry. He graduated from West Coast Baptist College in 2014, where he also met his wife Janet. Together they have been serving faithfully at CrossPoint for 8 years. He and Janet have two children, Aria (8) and Isla (5), and their family is passionate about seeing God work in the lives of the CrossPoint church family.
